As you have probably already guessed, Waifu Academy is set in a fictional Japanese high school. The name of this school is Sazki Academy and you play an unnamed (well you get to chose his name) high school student who has had a less than spectacular high-school life so far. The basics of the story are that he wants to be a big shot, take a few jerks down a peg and also get it on with as many high school hotties as he can. If you have played a visual novel game before you know what to expect here from a story point of view. One thing that does help keep you invested is the characters. There are plenty of characters to interact with here and some of the ladies, in particular, look great.
